Make a spell jar and join a crystal sound journey at this casual, in-person community event.

A little magic for a brighter tomorrow.

What if you gave yourself two hours to slow down, reconnect with yourself and become truly clear about what you would love to welcome into your life?

Join us for a relaxed, heart-led workshop where we will explore the beautiful practice of intention setting, create our own personal spell jars and immerse ourselves in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

An intention is more than a wish. It is a conscious choice, a direction we give ourselves and something we can nurture through our thoughts, actions and everyday life.

During our time together, we will:

Explore the difference between a wish and a meaningful intention, and discover what lies underneath our desires.

Learn how to formulate a clear, positive intention that feels aligned with who we are.

Enjoy a guided meditation to connect with our inner wishes and intentions.

Create our own personal intention jars using carefully selected herbs, crystals and symbolic ingredients.

Experience a beautiful crystal sound journey, allowing time for relaxation, reflection and connection with our intentions.

You will take home your handmade intention jar as a personal reminder of what you are choosing to invite into your life.

A small and personal gathering

To keep the atmosphere intimate and allow everyone space to explore, this workshop is limited to just 6 participants.

No previous experience with meditation, intention setting or spell jar making is needed. Just bring yourself, an open mind and a little curiosity.

Come and plant the seeds of something meaningful.

Small jar. Big possibilities.
