What's better than golden hour, Pilates, sea air and summer?

Join me at the beautiful Yellow Wave Beach House, Brighton, for an intimate 50-minute Pilates flow overlooking the beach as the evening light begins to soften over the sea.

We'll move together from 6:30pm–7:20pm, focusing on strength, mobility and mindful movement before heading down to the beach to enjoy the sunset. Stay afterwards to soak up the amber skies with an optional glass of bubbles and connect like-minded people.

I've been teaching Pilates in Brighton for the past five years, and I'm so excited to finally bring my Grow with Zo Socials to the city. If you've been looking for a way to move your body, meet new people and make the most of summer evenings, this is for you.

Whether you join us solo or with a friend, this is your chance to move, connect and enjoy a slower summer evening by the sea.
