The Art of Embodied Connection workshop occurs on 27 September 2026 at The Loft at Little Dippers in Brighton. This experiential session exploring connection energetics costs £35.00 to join.
An experiential workshop exploring the energetics of connection, communication and masculine–feminine polarity.
An experiential workshop for men and women exploring the energetics of connection, communication and masculine–feminine polarity.
We may want deeper intimacy, honest communication and greater attraction. Yet when connection becomes real, the body can tense, close down or pull away.
This workshop is an opportunity to bring awareness to the patterns that interrupt love and connection—not to fix or change ourselves, but to meet what arises with greater presence and care. So when old wounds are activated in our relationships, we may be better able to respond with choice rather than react from fear.
Rather than simply talking about masculinity and femininity, you’ll be invited to experience the relationship between these energies—and how each affects the other.
What we’ll explore
Through guided partner and solo practices, we’ll explore:
Grounding and embodiment
Masculine and feminine energy
Embodied intimacy through eye-gazing
Authentic communication
Openness and protection
Movement and expression
The patterns that deepen connection—and those that interrupt it
For those choosing a masculine practice ticket, the focus will be on exploring grounded presence, clarity, leadership and the capacity to remain connected to yourself while meeting feminine energy.
For those choosing a feminine practice ticket, the focus will be on exploring openness, receptivity, expression and what allows the body to feel safe enough to let go while remaining connected to yourself.
Places will be balanced between masculine and feminine practice tickets. You’ll have opportunities to explore both energies within yourself, while keeping one as your primary focus.
A space built around choice
Every practice is an invitation. You may participate, modify an exercise, observe or pause at any time.
There will be opportunities to connect through movement, stillness, shared gaze and communication—with and without words. Physical contact will never be assumed, and consent will form part of how we practise throughout the afternoon.
This is not a dating event, and there is no expectation of romantic or sexual interaction.
No previous experience is needed. You can come alone or with a partner.
About your facilitator
Dan is an embodiment coach specialising in somatic healing, connection and the nervous system.
He has supported more than 100 people through private one-to-one sessions and group work. He is also a qualified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, having completed a 150-hour training alongside many hours of training in embodiment and personal development.
Dan created this workshop from a deep fascination with the body, energetics, masculine–feminine polarity and spirituality. His intention is to create a space where men and women can recognise and celebrate their differences, meet the wounds that can keep us apart, and discover what becomes possible when we relate with greater presence, understanding and love.
