Reclaiming Her is a monthly gathering for women ready to step back into their bodies, voices, confidence, and feminine power. Reclaiming Her A monthly gathering for women reclaiming body, voice and power Time: 7:30–9:00pm Reconnect. Reclaim. Rise. Reclaiming Her is a monthly gathering for women ready to step back into their bodies, voices, confidence, and feminine power. So many women give pieces of themselves away to work, family, survival, expectation, or necessity. We learn to shrink, soften our voices, and put our needs last. This gathering is about taking those pieces back. This is a brave space, not just a safe one. A space for women who are tired of disappearing inside their own lives. Tired of softening themselves to be accepted. Tired of carrying everything while being told to be smaller. This is not rebellion for rebellion’s sake. This is conscious reclamation. A remembering of who you were before you learned to shrink. Not through force. Not through pressure. But through embodied remembering. We work with the wisdom of the womb as a centre of intuition, creativity, emotion, and embodied memory. Through ritual, movement, sound, and creative practice, each gathering invites you to return to the aspects of yourself that were silenced, hidden, or set aside. Each month explores themes of confidence building, self-trust, creative awakening, sensual embodiment, and feminine sovereignty. This is not about becoming someone new. It is about taking back who you already are. Each gathering may include: • Guided womb meditation and visualisation • Embodied movement and womb dancing • Creative ritual crafting (oils, herbal pouches, clay work) • Crystals, sound healing, and ritual tools • Womb-nourishing herbal tea • Sharing and honest conversation All materials and tea are included. Please bring extra blankets if desired and water to stay comfortable. No prior experience is needed. You do not need to know how to “do” anything. You simply arrive as you are. Only willingness is required. Willingness to be seen. Willingness to be heard. Willingness to stand inside your own life again. Led by Marie | The Goddess Haven Ltd All gatherings are facilitated by Marie, a trauma-informed, IPHM-accredited facilitator and qualified womb healer, sound therapist, meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner, and crystal healer. Her work weaves intuitive energy healing with grounded embodiment practices, creating a container where women can explore emotional release, personal power, and feminine remembering with care and integrity. What to Expect • A welcoming space for women of all stages and experiences • Nervous system regulation and embodied grounding • Ritual practices that strengthen confidence and self-trust • A small, intimate circle that supports brave self-expression Spaces are intentionally limited to preserve the depth and connection of the work. If you are ready to stop shrinking, this space is waiting. Book your place and step into a gathering that honours your body, your voice, and your power. #TheGoddessHaven #SoundHealing #NervousSystemReset #RelaxAndRestore #TraumaInformed #SoundTherapyBristol #MindBodySpirit #RestIsMedicine #WeekendReset #FindYourCalm
