A yoga session to RADIATE, by clearing confusion and finding clarity and focus

WELCOME!

This Autumn am delighted to be offering 5 "Mini-Workshops with Kundalini yoga and Meditation" this Autumn, taking place in the peaceful "Weir Room" on the ground floor of Old Church Rooms, Park Road, Radyr, Cardiff.

These sessions are suitable for beginners, as well as those with experience.

This session is on the theme of “RADIANCE”

Thursday 24th September 7.15-8.45pm

A session to calm and clear your mind, re-focus on what is important for you right now, and align your energy with the frequency of your intentions, which makes you "radiate" that energy, and therefore attract it towards you!

24th Sept: “Radiance” THIRD EYE& CROWN CHAKRA workshop

1st Oct: “Compassion” HEART CHAKRA workshop

8th Oct: NO CLASS THIS WEEK

15th Oct: “Creativity” SACRAL CHAKRA workshop

22nd Oct: “Grace” THROAT workshop

ABOUT KUNDALINI YOGA:

In a Kundalini yoga session we practise a special sequence that changes each week according to to the theme: to include movements, breath-work, mantra, meditation, mudra, balances, stretches, dancing, shaking and general merriment to awaken your life-force energy and focus on deepening your awareness of your inner spirit and inner guidance, by observing your emotions, feelings and thought patterns.

Kundalini is symbolised by a serpent, an omen of immense transformation, of evolution - moving all of humanity into a frequency more truly aligned with our unique soul purpose, this is a potent time to birth a new evolution as we move through a turbuelnt and potentially life-changing, life-affirming 2026 .

PLEASE BRING:

Yoga Mat and Blanket

Bolsters/Blocks (I have some spare)

Reusable bottle for water

Comfy loose clothing (layers useful)

Plenty of free car parking outside

Short walk from Radyr train station (14mins)

Bus number 64 stops at Radyr library 1min walk away

Space to lock bikes right outside.

Suitable for ALL LEVELS and ALL AGES (16yrs+)
