Get ready to unlock your creative flow and spark fresh ideas in a active and energising Kundalini session. WELCOME! I am delighted to be offering a Kundalini yoga session on CREATIVITY this Autumn, with mindful movement and mantra in the beautiful, and peaceful "Physiospace" yoga room on the first floor in Pen-y-Lan, on Blenheim Road. Workshop on CREATIVITY - thinking outside the box! Sunday 4th October 2026 3.30-5pm @ PhysioSpace, Pen Y Lan. These 6 mini-workshop are all about balancing inspiration with manifestation, the yang with the yin, Shiva with Shakti, Ether and the Earth- drawing on forces above and below, inside and out, so that they harmoniously integrate and blend in your heart centre - creating a high frequency vibration in your soul, referred to as "Tantra". FYI, Here are all workshops in the 6wk series: 13th Sept: : "New Moon Virgo" Sound Bath 20th Sept: “Radiance” workshop 27th Sept: “Compassion workshop 4th Oct: “Creativity” workshop 11th Oct: "New Moon Libra" Sound Bath 18th Oct: “Grace” workshop The 4 x kundalini workshop include recordings that will be sent to you after the "LIVE" session, and will be available for 30 days only. So if you miss a class, you will still have the session to do in your own time, if you wish. ------------------------------------------------- These worshops are intended to strengthen, uplift and support you in finding (and lighting) the spark inside you, tending this flame and directing this beautiful creative energy in the direction of your hopes and dreams! Life is never straight forward, but we wouldn't learn much if it was. Kundalini is symbolised by a serpent, an omen of immense transformation, of evolution - moving all of humanity into a frequency more truly aligned with our unique soul purpose, this is a potent time to birth a new evolution as we move through a turbuelnt and potentially life-changing, life-affirming 2026.
