Meet Sarah from OhmVeda Emma will be joined for this special weekend by Sarah from OhmVeda, an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Lifestyle Consultant whose training includes advanced study in Ayurveda in Rishikesh, India. Sarah is passionate about making the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda practical and accessible for modern life, using food, lifestyle and simple sustainable practices to support greater balance and wellbeing. Together, Emma and Sarah will bring naturopathic nutrition and Ayurvedic wisdom into the kitchen, creating a weekend that's practical, hands-on and packed with knowledge you can take home and actually use.
