A lost slipper. A dark forest. A test of courage. For centuries, fairy tales have helped us make sense of the world, offering stories of resilience, transformation and hope in uncertain times. Storytellers Hugh Lupton , Mara Gold and Clare Murphy join chair Hannah Moore to explore the enduring power of these ancient narratives, from Cinderella and her many incarnations to the folklore and myths that continue to shape our imaginations. Combining lively discussion with storytelling, they uncover why these tales have travelled across generations and cultures, and why we still find ourselves within them today.
