The Booker Prize is the world’s most significant award for a single work of fiction. It has rewarded and celebrated world-class talent for over 55 years, shaping the canon of 20th and 21st century literature. Join Gaby Wood , Chief Executive of the Booker Prize Foundation, for our annual introduction to the six shortlisted books and their authors, who will join us both in-person and virtually. The 2026 shortlist will be announced at a public event and thebookerprizes.com on 22nd September. There will be a book signing after this event.
