This is Giovanni : Baking Teacher and Bread Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign.
This course is for home bakers, and bread lovers who want to bake richer, more nourishing, more authentic bread with heritage flours.
Heritage flours, deliver benefits that modern equivalents cannot match. They bring deeper flavour, richer character and measurably better nutrition. This hands-on course teaches you how to understand and bake with grains such as ancient einkorn, emmer, khorasan
During the workshop you will learn how to make the following products :
Emmer, Mixed Herbs and feta cheese Loaf ;
Einkorn focaccia with olives and tomatoes.
Khorasan, lavander tea and mix fruit loaf.
Suitable for all abilities. By the end of the course, you will be able to bake heritage breads with more confidence, more consistency, better flavour and a deeper understanding of the craft.
