Join us in learning about the history of Beachy Head with a talk on-site. Warwick Davis, a local to Eastbourne, has written numerous books on the history of Beachy Head and Eastbourne and will be sharing his knowledge with you.
From smuggling and shipwrecks to the history of the lighthouses, Warwick will take you through the events that have occurred at Beachy Head and highlight how the area has changed over many years.
The talk will last around 1hr 30 and start from outside the Beachy Head Pub/ Beachy Head Story. We will wander around some of the key sites opposite the main Beachy Head car park and the Beachy Head pub.
This session is arranged by the Beachy Head Ambassadors, who you will be able to easily spot dressed in their bright green polos and navy jackets.
