Drop out of the hustle and bustle and take time to relax and unwind body and mind, look within and let go of what no longer serves you.

Leave your hectic life behind you for a while and come to our wee Yin space. The room holds a maximum of 6 people so you will get plenty of support and guidance through each session. The long held poses will give you the opportunity to slowly show your body that its safe to relax, feel and process emotions of all kinds and let go of what no longer serves you. That may be physical tension or mental discomfort, or something else altogether. The yin poses can be intense but we always move at our own individual pace. I will guide you into and out of the poses with the help of some slow, relaxing and often electronic music to help you tune out of the stress and into the chill. You might float home afterwards!
