When life feels busy, overwhelming or simply a little too much, it’s easy to lose touch with yourself. This 90-minute therapeutic breathwork session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and gently return to the place within you where you can feel grounded, connected and at ease.

Through a gentle yin conscious connected breathwork journey, you’ll be held in a nurturing space to soften physical and emotional tension, quiet the noise of the outside world, and listen to what you truly need. Allow yourself this time to slow down, let go, and reconnect with the calm that is already within you.

No experience needed; simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive the pause you deserve.
