SOUTH (The Serpent): Releasing the "skin" of past versions of ourselves; somatic grounding.

WEST (The Jaguar): Navigating the shadow; tracking fear where it lives in the tissues and muscles.

NORTH (The Hummingbird): Moving from effort to grace; opening the pathways of joy and soul-alignment.

The Experience
