As part of the Walking East Yorkshire Festival join a 10km guided tour through the remnants of Doggerland as we celebrate a landscape lost
A guided landscape walk across Holderness (Doggerland) led by Richard Hampshire from Tophill Low Nature Reserve and Richard Myerscough from the Tophill Low Archaeological (and Historical) Survey Team known as TOAST. We will be looking at the archaeology, geology, landscape, natural history and local history/folk lore of this unigue area. A packed lunch/drink is required for lunch at Laurel Vines.
