Introduction to Shamanism & The Shamanic Journey - Evening Workshop

Join us for a relaxed, in-person evening where you'll dive into the world of shamanism and learn the basics of the shamanic journey. Whether you're curious or looking to explore deeper, this workshop is a great way to connect with ancient practices and discover new ways to tune into your inner self. No experience needed—just an open heart and a sense of adventure!

Please arrive up to 10 minutes before starting time (19:00)

You will:

Learn about the 3 worlds

Understand the purpose of shamanic work

Meet and begin developing a close bond with your power animal

Create a token for both daily and ceremonial use

Gain the necessary skills in a supportive environment to journey, whether solitary or taking part in regular journey circles

You'll need:

An eye mask/cover (eg scarf)

Your own water bottle

Wear comfortable clothing!

Recommended but optional:

Yoga mat

Light blanket

Socks or slippers
