About Your Speakers: Sarah Osborne: Sarah is a CNM Graduate Nutritional Therapist, lecturer and clinical supervisor at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is founder of So Nutrition, specialising in nutrition and neurodivergence, including ADHD, digestive health, emotional eating and hormonal changes. Sarah is also an experienced speaker and TEDx presenter. Arabella Saucell: Arabella is a qualified Nutritional Therapist and Homeopath specialising in women’s health, hormones and the menstrual cycle. She supports women to better understand their cycles and the factors that can influence how they feel throughout the month.
