Join us at our next film industry networking party for actors and filmmakers in Manchester

Award winning UK film company Trident Productions (https://linktr.ee/tridentfilm) is bringing one of the country’s most popular film industry networking parties to Manchester for the first time.

As part of our commitment to working beyond London and building a wider creative community around the UK, the event will bring together actors, directors, producers, filmmakers, creatives and crew for an open and friendly evening of networking.

OPEN CASTING / CREATIVE MEET-AND-GREET

Other filmmakers use the event as an open casting opportunity too, with Fleet Street Productions (https://www.fleetstreetproductions.com/vellum-movie) recently booking at least five actors and an entire crew for their next feature film at our events. Framespotting Films (https://framespotting.co.uk/) have also recently made offers to a number of actors and crew for upcoming short films.

FILM INDUSTRY NETWORKING NIGHT / OPEN CASTING

Since launching in November last year, our events and screenings have already welcomed and connected more than 1500 people, and we continue to grow, improve the format, and build an even stronger mix of film and TV and theatre industry creatives at each gathering.

This relaxed and open social gathering brings together actors of varying levels of experience, film directors, producers, crew, and emerging creatives. Connect with our team and meet other cast/crew and expand your professional circle.

It’s an opportunity to introduce yourself, and ask questions about roles, departments, and future partnerships. Whether you’re seeking casting opportunities or behind-the-camera work or just looking to socialise and make new connections this is the ideal setting to take that step.

What people say:

I always enjoy these events and the new connections they create. I’ve been able to find cast and crew for my film and even a composer. Ant Appleby, Filmmaker

These events mean so much. I've met incredible creatives who want to collaborate and support each other's visions. I always leave feeling inspired, encouraged and even more excited about my projects. Lara Menegale, Film Director

It's a great place to meet your next cast and crew and it's also a very welcoming and friendly event to join. Callum Carter, Film Editor

I find these events really helpful for meeting new people and learning new things. They’re ideal for anyone who wants to build real connections. I’ve already booked a couple of jobs through Trident networking events. Diana Tatarulyeva, Actor

Trident’s events are friendly, focused, and full of dedicated film and TV creatives, making it easy to build genuine connections. Seeing their work on the big screen confirms this is a serious production company, and I would wholeheartedly recommend the events to fellow industry professionals. Andy Wilson, Actor

I remember booking my ticket early. I was excited because we don’t have many events like this in Hungary. It was absolutely worth the ticket and the time. I met so many interesting people and I’d love to come again. Adam Papp, Director of Photography
