Hi everyone,

I'm so excited to be back teaching after welcoming my beautiful baby girl to the world. It feels like the perfect time to return with nourishing Yin Yoga, and I can't wait to share the practice with you.

Whether your a beginner or advanced yogi, all is welcome.

Classes begin in September

Wind down on a Monday evening after your weekend. Sessions give a sense of calm and tranquility to bring with you throughout the rest of your week. By stretching, breathing and gently moving.. the transitions on the mat will reflect the transitions off the mat. Bringing a sense of peace and mindfulness into your day-to-day life. This four-week course is designed to help you slow down and find that sense of peace in your life. My teaching style is cool and calm with an element of joy.

Expect a calming blend of gentle movement, longer-held stretches, and deep relaxation to help restore both body and mind. Perfect for balancing busy lives, regular exercise, cooling down summer energy—or if you're simply in need of a reset.

Spaces are limited, so please book in advance.

Mats provided if you need. Please bring your own if you can. Wear comfortable clothes with warm socks. Blankets and pillows too if you wish.

Parking at the pub across the road, or down the road near the Church.

The building is inside the parsonage gardens, through the small entrance next to Ye Olde Cock Inn.
