About this workshop
This workshop is delivered by Jennie Canty, psychotherapist, ND clinician and founder of Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC.
We’ll look at ADHD-friendly strategies for real life: starting tasks, planning, routines, motivation, time blindness, life admin, laundry, overwhelm, avoiding burnout and more.
This is not a “just make a list” session. We’ll talk about why standard productivity advice often does not work for ADHD brains, and explore practical tools that are more realistic, flexible and ND-friendly.
This will not be a 'this is what ADHD looks like' type workshop, it will be packed with honest discussion and useful strategies!
This workshop may be helpful if you:
are neurodivergent, diagnosed, waiting for assessment, or self-identifying
have ADHD, autism or related neurodivergent needs
are a parent/carer of a neurodivergent person
want practical strategies that feel realistic for everyday life
live in Milton Keynes
What to expect
A friendly, low-pressure evening workshop
Practical information and strategies
Clear structure and timings
Space to ask questions if you want to
No pressure to share personal experiences
A short anonymous feedback form at the end
Accessibility and venue information
The workshop will take place at The Old Bath House, Wolverton.
The session is on the ground floor and the venue is wheelchair-friendly.
We aim to make the workshop as accessible and neurodivergent-friendly as possible. You are welcome to stim, move around, use fidgets, take breaks, participate quietly, or step out if needed.
