While we are each unique individuals, many of us also sense that we are deeply interconnected, both with each other and with something far greater than ourselves. Conscious Gathering is a safe and nurturing space to explore that together without judgement; open to everyone regardless of background, gender, race, neurodiversity, politics or religion. Each session includes a recorded 20-minute guided mindfulness and connection practice that contains both voice and music, followed by open sharing for those who choose to. There is a short break so that we can buy drinks from the bar, then bring them back to the room to continue the conversation, explore the Question of the Day and get to know each other better - creating community is at the very heart of these gatherings. *Please note that this is an open sharing space; while discussions can be spiritual in nature, it is not Spiritualist or religious and it is not intended as therapy or professional support.
