About This Event
Kerry Woodcock will lead an experiential inquiry on 28 June 2027 into how autobiography shapes co-coaching partnerships. The session explores how personal history influences decisions to co-coach, navigate rupture, and manage endings. Tickets start from £1.00.
An experiential inquiry into how autobiography shapes co-coaching partnerships—and what supervision makes visible.
Something in us recognises something in them.
Beneath every co-coaching partnership lives a quieter story: our history with authority, partnership, visibility, conflict, loyalty, and endings.
This session, co-led by Sherry Matheson and Kerry Woodcock, explores how that history shapes:
the decision to co-coach… or to remain solo
who we are drawn toward—and who we quietly avoid
how we navigate rupture, misattunement, and repair
how (and whether) we stay, leave, or complete a co-coaching relationship
And importantly—what happens when these dynamics remain unseen.
Together, we will open a reflective space to explore:
how autobiographical patterns show up in the co-coaching field
the often unspoken tensions between role, relationship, and self
rupture and ending as developmental—not just relational—events
how supervision can surface and work with what cannot be seen alone
This is not a theoretical session. It is an experiential inquiry into the lived edge of co-coaching—where personal history meets systemic practice.
Expect a blend of:
guided reflection
paired and small group exploration
live supervision-style inquiry
and precise invitations to notice what you bring into partnership—and what remains just out of view
This session is for team coaches and supervisors who sense that: what happens between co-coaches is not just relational… it is autobiographical, systemic, and developmental.
