Victoria Smisek leads an online experiential workshop on 18 November 2026 exploring hidden family dynamics through Constellations therapy. Participants will discover how this modality reveals unconscious patterns and ancestral trauma to restore harmony in the family system. Tickets are available from £1.00.
An experiential workshop to explore how Family Constellations can reveal hidden dynamics within our family and internal systems.
Family Constellations is a unique therapeutic modality which reveals hidden dynamics within the family system, bringing unconscious patterns to light and creating space for new possibilities and resolutions. It can uncover unresolved entanglements, patterns in our family lines and ancestral or generational trauma. The whole intention of family constellations work is to restore harmony and balance in the family system, which therefor can relieve us of our individual issues and unhelpful repetitive patterns which will likely be a result of us unknowingly carrying burdens passed down unconsciously from previous generations.
In this experiential session, you will have the opportunity to present as a client, to be an observer, or to be a representative in service of the client and yourself. Either way, everyone gets what they need from the process.
In constellation work we can also work with our internal parts as well as our family systems. The phenomenological approach of this work can be profound to all who take part, and can lead to deep healing not just for ourselves but for the next generation and generations to come.
**Some of the things this work can help with:**
- Relationship issues
- Financial difficulties
- Professional struggles
- Addictions
- Chronic physical conditions
- Self-sabotage
Any aspects of your life where you may be feeling blocked, weighed down, or not living to your full potential.
This workshop - presented by a Certified Family Constellations Facilitator and Psychotherapist with over 25 years experience - offers the opportunity for both personal and professional development.
