Christina Bachini presents a workshop on the Karpman Drama Triangle on 13 November 2026. The session explores how rescuing affects clients and what they gain from this role. It uses a client-led approach with core questions to examine motives and costs without interpretation.
The Karpman Drama Triangle is one of the most useful maps in the profession and one of the hardest to use in the room. Naming a client's position rarely lands well, because nobody enjoys being told they are persecuting someone, or are a victim or a rescuer
Show Me Rescuer lets the client understand how their rescuing affects others as well as themselves. And exactly what they get from taking on this role. Motive and cost tend to surface without either of you having to use the Karpman words.
Show Me. 9 Core Questions. Completely Client Led. Part of The ChrisLin Method.
None of them asks why. You do not name, diagnose or interpret for them. You provide the structure. The meaning stays entirely with the client.
