A film festival awards presentation followed by a drinks reception for WIFF’s 20th anniversary, held in person.

WIFF 2026 – 20th Anniversary Awards Ceremony & Reception

Join us at The House of Waterford on Sunday 15 November as Waterford International Film Festival celebrates its 20th edition with a special awards ceremony recognising the outstanding work of this year's filmmakers, screenwriters and photographers.

The evening will begin with a drinks reception, giving filmmakers, guests, supporters and festival friends an opportunity to meet and celebrate together.

We're delighted to welcome Waterford Irish Whiskey, who will be providing a whiskey tasting for guests upon arrival. The festival will also be providing complimentary wine during the reception.

Following the reception, will be the WIFF 2026 Awards Ceremony, announcing this year's winners across all festival categories and recognising the creativity, talent and dedication of the artists and filmmakers taking part.

Come along, celebrate the finalists, and join us as we mark 20 years of bringing the world of film to Waterford.
