✨ During this one-hour session, you’ll lie comfortably with your yoga mat, rug, blanket, and pillow as the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes flow through you. These vibrations work with your body’s natural energy centres (chakras), helping to release tension, restore balance, and bring you back into harmony.
