What is it that sparks Joy and Hope in you? And how do we find it in everyday life?

In the first workshop of the semester we will reflect on what our unique spark may be. This workshop is designed to help you explore what makes you thrive in today's hectic world . In a supportive and welcoming space, we’ll look beyond quick fixes and surface-level positivity to discover how deeper joy, purpose, and contentment can be cultivated through small, meaningful shifts.

Together, we’ll explore the habits, mindsets, and values that support genuine wellbeing, and gently unpack the barriers that can get in the way — like comparison, perfectionism, or living on autopilot. You’ll take part in guided activites, personal reflection, and open conversation, and leave with practical tools to help you rediscover your spark.

Who can attend?

Open to anyone with an interest in Mental Health and Well being (age 18+).
