Brabazon is one of the largest mixed use regeneration projects in the UK.

The new town and city district will bring together prime office and residential accommodation, a diverse mix of doorstep retail and amenities, unrivalled transport connections and access to world class facilities that attract and retain top talent, including the 20,000 capacity Aviva Arena.

The 450-acre site is a flagship regeneration project being delivered through the combined capabilities of YTL Developments and YTL Construction, with YTL Developments leading the vision, master planning, and commercial delivery and YTL Construction providing in-house construction capability, delivering key infrastructure and buildings across the scheme.
