Yoga Mantra Dance is a space to put the day down and reconnect with yourself — through gentle breathwork, free movement, mantra, sound and deep stillness.

To celebrate our opening, this first evening is completely free. Come and experience it for yourself.

What to expect

Guided by genuine presence, each session moves as a journey:

🌬️ Breath — we begin by slowing down, softening the day and settling the mind.

💫 Movement — no steps to learn, no way to get it wrong. Just your body, moving freely.

🕉️ Mantra — ancient sound and simple chant to carry you out of your head and into the moment.

🔔 Sound — immersive sounds you feel as much as hear.

🧘 Stillness — we close in deep rest, the quiet space where everything settles.

Who it's for

Everyone. The curious, the stressed, the stuck, the seekers and the sceptics. Whether you're deep on your path or have never tried anything like this before — you are welcome exactly as you are. You don't need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced. You just need to arrive.

⏰ Session 1: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

⏰ Session 2: 7:45pm – 8:45pm

📍 St Clement's Church, Chorlton, Manchester

What to bring

Comfortable clothes you can move in, Wear layers so you're warm during the stillness. You're welcome to bring a yoga mat or blanket if you have one, though it's not essential.

Good to know

Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Spaces are limited, so reserving your free place secures your spot.
