The outdoor movement meditation and grounding workshop will be held at The Plantation Garden in Norwich on 6 September 2026, with ticket prices available on the event's website.
Join us for a joyful morning of movement meditation and grounding in a beautiful garden setting.
This uplifting practice invites you to explore the connection between body, mind and emotions through a playful blend of movement and stillness. It is designed to help you feel more grounded, embodied and at ease. No experience with meditation or movement is needed, just bring your curiosity and an open mind.
We will gather at The Plantation Garden, ready to start at 10:00 am. You are very welcome to arrive early to settle in and explore. Your facilitator will be there to greet you. We will finish around 11:30 am
What to bring:
Clothes you can move comfortably in
A bottle of water
Optional: a blanket or yoga mat if you would like to sit at any point
Most of the practice will take place standing, but you are welcome to move in whatever way feels good for you.
Entry and donations
This event is offered on a pay-what-you-feel basis. You are invited to contribute whatever feels right for you. Your donation supports the facilitator and helps to keep these events accessible to others.
Please note: There is a separate £2 entry donation for The Plantation Garden, which goes directly to the venue. You can pay by cash at the gate or using contactless card.
If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The community is here to support you.
