Children’s Pilates in West Bridgford | Ages 5-13

A weekly Pilates class created specifically for children aged 5-13, combining Pilates with broader movement principles to help children become stronger, more coordinated and more confident in their bodies.

There’s no competition and no pressure to already be “sporty”. Children can simply come along, have a go and learn at their own pace.

Classes are structured and progressive, with exercises adapted for different ages, abilities and experience levels. We work on strength, core control, balance, coordination, mobility and body awareness, while keeping movement enjoyable and giving children plenty of opportunities to explore and figure things out.

Some things click immediately. Some require a few attempts. Wobbling is entirely permitted. 😊

Try the class

A first taster session is £5 per child.

Children can also try both Pilates and Yoga for £10, with Children’s Yoga running on Wednesdays from 4:45-5:30 pm at the same venue.

No previous Pilates experience is needed.

Please bring an exercise or yoga mat.

Before your child attends

After booking your child’s taster session, you’ll need to complete two short forms before their first class:

1. Child registration form

This gives me the information I need about your child and their class.

2. Physical activity readiness form

This covers the health and safety information I need before they take part.

You’ll receive the links after booking. Both forms must be completed before your child attends their first class.
