Family Yoga is one of those perfect ways to spend time with your loved ones. A special way to show how much you care. Join us on for some Autumn family yoga fun. Fancy dress welcome – kids and adults!

This is an inclusive session, disabled access is available in the building and studio. No yoga experience required and all family members invited. This Family Yoga workshop is a great way to reconnect with each other and smile from the inside out.

We will go on a yoga journey together with some music, yoga games, partner poses, and practice some breathing exercises.

We recommend that this workshop is suitable for years 4+ but if you would like inquire about bringing someone younger in your family then please get in touch so that we can let you know more about what is involved. If you have any form of injury or serious illness, or if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby please do inform us before booking via info@heatheryoga.co.uk
