A Sensory Dinner at the Farm As the seasons turn, we invite you to slow down. To open your senses. To listen a little more closely. To notice the earth beneath your feet, the warmth of the fire, the sounds around you, and the flavours on your plate. For our first Sensory Dinner at the Farm, we’ll gather to honour the turning of the Wheel of the Year and the abundance of the season. With a 3 course dinner cooked over the open fire by Lee, weaving together seasonal vegetables from the farm, foraged mushrooms and wild fermentation, prepared with time, care and attention. A sound journey woven through the evening by Lisa-Marie, with handpan, guitar and other instruments, creating space between the courses to breathe, listen and connect. There will be moments to share with those around you, and moments simply to be with yourself. A chance to give thanks to the land that feeds us. To savour. To reconnect. To come home to the senses. And if you feel called to arrive a little earlier, you can join us for a 30-minute session in our wood-fired sauna, tucked away in a beautiful corner of the farm, between 5pm and 7pm. You can join us for the sauna, the supper, or both. This is a space to listen — to the land, to the food, and to yourself and one another.
