Discover simple Ayurvedic ways to support happier digestion, followed by a deeply relaxing one-hour soothing sound journey. Join me for a 90-minute Seven Dials Sound Journey exploring simple Ayurvedic principles for supporting healthier digestion and everyday wellbeing. We’ll spend 15–20 minutes exploring Agni — our digestive capacity — and practical ideas around appetite, meal timing and how we can eat to heal our gut. With easy, acheivable tips that you can take home to improve your gut health. Then get comfortable and switch off with a deeply relaxing one-hour immersive sound journey. No previous knowledge of Ayurveda or experience of sound journeys is needed. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, bottle of water and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
