A full day of community fitness, talks and connection at Cyclopark — in aid of Blake's Pink Promise and Cyclopark Charity.

Join us for a full day of fitness, connection, support and practical awareness — brought to you by two local charities working together for our community.

Blake's Pink Promise and Cyclopark Charity have teamed up to create an event that's active, inclusive and community-focused, while opening up honest conversations about young people's wellbeing, family support and local safety.

What's included:

The day alternates between activity sessions and short talks, giving you a natural rhythm of movement and reflection throughout. You'll choose and book your specific activity slots on the day at registration — with options ranging from spin and belly dancing to kettlebells, sound baths and art.

Your day at a glance:

10:00 — Registration, DJ, coffee and stallholder browsing at the Marquee

10:20 — Welcome

10:30 — Group HIIT warm-up (all attendees)

Throughout the day — Activity sessions and talks alternate, with a short break between each

Early afternoon — Group Yoga to close the day

Studio activities on offer (capacity-limited, book your slots at registration)

Talks:

Four short talks run through the day in the Marquee, on topics around young people's wellbeing, family support and local safety. Topics and speakers to be confirmed.

Why it matters:

Every ticket supports the work of two Kent charities: Cyclopark Charity, which makes movement and fitness accessible to the whole community, and Blake's Pink Promise, which supports young people and families around online safety and mental wellbeing. Net proceeds are split equally between both.

Wristbands and a goodie bag (including an M&S gift) issued at registration

Activity slots are booked on the day at check-in — spaces are limited per class

Parking charges apply for all ticket holders

Stallholders and partner organisations on site throughout the day
