Experience a new life of King Arthur drawn afresh from the earliest sources. Over the course of an evening, medieval art historian and author Amy Jeffs will introduce you to legends and their deep history. Performing with her band Soft Lap , she weaves together music and storytelling to evoke the emotional force of these tales of landscape, enchantment, love, ambition and betrayal. Immersive and atmospheric, this is a chance to experience Arthur's story as medieval listeners might once have known it: strange, thrilling and alive with magic. There will be a book signing after this event.
