Sophie made headlines around the world after a photograph of her breastfeeding her three-month-old son during a 106-mile race went viral. This powerful image not only changed Sophie's life but sparked global conversations about motherhood, endurance and the barriers women face in sport. Susie Chan is an icon of endurance running who has completed the Marathon de Sables more times than any other British woman, but her story is a fight against the odds - from leaving a dysfunctional marriage to tackling cancer treatment. In conversation with sports journalist and presenter Karthi Gnanasegaram , they reflect on balancing elite sport with life's biggest challenges, overcoming setbacks and breaking barriers, exploring ambition, resilience and the changing landscape of women's sport.
