A morning of playful and relaxing experiences exploring Reiki energy and how it can support you when you’re feeling tired and stuck.

From Stuck to Flow: A Reiki Experience

What happens when we try something new and become more open to what comes next?

In this experiential workshop, Reiki Master Practitioner Debora Bazzani from Experience Reiki will share part of her own journey with Reiki and the subtle ways it has influenced how she connects with herself, makes decisions and moves through change.

Through a mix of reflection and simple interactive exercises, you’ll explore being in the body, intuition and connection, before moving into a relaxing meditation and group Reiki experience.

You don’t need any previous experience with Reiki. Just come with an open mind and curiosity.
