Share a nature craft and outdoor activity with your fellow Forest School practitioners at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve
If you are a Forest School practitioner working in the Bexhill, Hastings, Rye and surrounding area, why not join us in September for an opportunity to visit Rye Harbour Nature Reserve and reflect and refresh our practice at this networking day.
The day will include a walk around the Reserve, to connect with wildlife and each other, followed by a outdoor crafting activity. It will provide opportunities to revisit skills, share experiences/ideas and support each other. Please bring a cup and refreshments and an activity or skill you would be happy to share.
We will be based in the Saltmarsh near the Discovery Centre, along the main access path to the reserve. There is ample car parking, toilet facilities and beautiful surroundings.
The Wilder Learning Team at Sussex Wildlife Trust have a wealth of experience training adults in Forest School practices for over 15 years. Keeping connected with our fellow practitioners and helping to establish new connections within communities is very important and beneficial to all.

Parking and charges: There is a free public car park on the right just before you enter the reserve.
Toilet and catering facilities: There are public toilets in Rye Harbour Village just before the car park and the toilets and Lime Kiln Café in the Discovery Centre will be open from 9.30-4.15
